Retail Sales Assistants and Administration Assistant vacancies

 

We are expanding and opening a new furniture store in Aberystwyth, Ceredigion. We are currently recruiting experienced, hard working and motivated Sales Assistants and Office Administration Assistants to join our team to be based in our Aberystwyth showroom from this Autumn. Would like to join an independent furniture retail store, who have been trading successfully for over 55 years? Responsibilities for Retail Sales Assistants include:

*Advising and assisting customers in person & over the phone/email with sales enquiries

*Processing sales orders & maintaining our stock system

*Some furniture assembly & moving, which involves some heavy lifting

Applicants must be a team players but also have the ability to work alone, a methodical approach, some IT experience along with the ability to communicate well.

Retail sales experience is preferred, although full training will be provided.

Welsh language skills are very useful but not essential for this role.

Some weekend work maybe required.

 

Responsibilities for Office Administration Assistant include:

Duties will include processing sales orders, answering customer sales enquiries, liaising with manufacturers and taking customer payments.

IT experience is required and admin office experience is desirable.

Welsh language skills are advantageous but not essential.
