Rotary 10k Fun Run, Walk or Crawl 2019!
Hafren Furnishers are proud to be sponsors of this Rotary fund raising event.
The aim of the event is to raise funds for Llanidloes High & Primary School whilst having a bit of fun. “Run, Walk or Crawl is the theme, guaranteed to appeal to a participants from all age groups.
The run is aimed at being a bit of fun and serious runners should be made aware that the route is not an exact 10 kilometres.
Runners will head out from the School Grounds in a loop through Cwmbelan, over the Belan and the surrounding countryside to arrive back into town via Penygreen Road back to the School Grounds. The run will be marshalled throughout by experienced Marshals, and everyone will receive a unique “Llani Rotary 10K (ish)” medal at the finishing line.
This year there will be a special stage for Primary pupils before the main event; twice around the school field.
Hafren Furnishers are kindly sponsoring the run, with Llani Leisure and Cambrian Mountain Events working in conjunction with the The Rotary Club to ensure its success.
